Soviet 76.2mm divisional gun ZiS-3 was designed in late 1940 by compilation of 57mm anti-tank gun ZiS-2 carriage and barrel of older divisional gun F-22USW with muzzle brake installed. Serial production was started in early 1942 and at least 103 thousand were build. Gun was sold to many countries, including Poland. Some African and Asian countries still uses this gun as the first line weapon.
This particular gun, serial number 780804, was build in 1944 and was used by the Polish Army.
